Accounts are generally created on the Single Sign-On server http://account.stesca.com, where we have two categories i.e. a normal user & a corporate user.

Normal UserUsers with this type of account can build their profile (CV) and apply for Jobs. They can also be named as evaluator in any job's evaluation step

Corporate UserCorporate users have the ability to build their evaluation database and advertise Jobs on the platform.

Anyone can open a corporate account. At this moment there is no verifcation for corporate account's organization but will soon be incorporated.

Only coporate account can post a job.

Profiles are maintained only for Normal Users. Their profiles can be viewed only by the corporate users in the following case:

• The user has applied to a job advertised.

No! The only case where a user (corporate) can view your contact details is if you have applied for a job they advertised.

They will be able to see only the contact information flagged as primary

The questions library allowes you to use the same question in multiple forms in order to avoid repetition.

When updating a question in such a case, a new revision of the question is created. The question associated with the form remains intact.

Job fest refers to a job advertisement, which is an event with a full cycle from advertisement to negotiation & hiring.

No! If the evaluation steps are absent all applications stays open and have to be closed manually.

Note: It is only recommended to add evaluation steps to filter promising candidates.

Negotiations starts with the employer submitting a job offer. The applicant can approve, reject and discuss the offer on the message board.
